HPE Aruba Networking is seeking a senior networking professional for a hybrid role based in Bogotá, Colombia. You will serve as the primary contact for post-sales network support, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

The role emphasizes complex IP networking, design and deployment in large enterprise environments, and collaboration with Juniper and HPE engineering to mitigate risks and optimize performance.

Formación

• Must have deep understanding of core IP networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting large Datacenter/IP/MPLS networks.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent HPE Networking customer service to the customer and back to Juniper.
• Be the single point of contact for post-sales service issues and drive SLA compliance.
• Coordinate service delivery with SBM and internal teams.
• Escalate critical issues and collaborate with engineering for resolution.
• Lead service reviews and reporting using ITIL-based frameworks.
• Support project work including health checks, configurations, and upgrades.
