Responsibilities include maintaining robots, performing repairs, calibrations, firmware setup, and updating routes/maps to boost facility throughput.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in mechanical, industrial, robotics, electrical, or software engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AGV/AMR/ACR solutions is advantageous.
• Familiarity with WMS and PLC systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Field experience in warehouse automation and material handling is required.
• Basic understanding of VPNs, firewalls, and routers.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Aufgaben

• Deploy and manage fleets of self-navigating robots and optimize order fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot software, navigation, and Wi‑Fi connectivity on the warehouse floor.
• Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs, sensor calibration, and battery maintenance.
• Modify robot routes, update maps, and adjust workstation nodes to improve throughput.
• Set up firmware for hardware devices like robots, conveyors, servers, and scanners.
• Provide implementation support and assist clients during deployment for reliable operation.
• Conduct integration tests and act as the technical specialist for automation equipment.
