Formación

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the entire hiring process post offer acceptance.
• Manage new starter documentation and complete right to work checks.
• Schedule medical checks for new starters.
• Carry out references and verification checks.
• Maintain employee documents securely and confidentially.
• Monitor absenteeism and create related reports.
• Support the disciplinary process and maintain relevant documentation.
