A leading global services provider in Bogotá is looking for a Project Manager to drive the delivery of Global Implementation projects. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or human resources, with at least 5 years of experience in financial services and 3 years in project management. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and English is required, alongside a mandatory PMP certification. This role offers a dynamic international environment and various local benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Financial Services or Corporate Industry.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP / Agile PM certification is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver projects following best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Act as main contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with defined procedures.
• Monitor project KPIs and propose improvements.

Conocimientos

Advanced proficiency of MS Project Online

Advanced proficiency of MS Excel

Fluency in English (written & oral)

Intermediate proficiency of MS PMO

Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes

Educación
