The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 5+ years in digital, analytics or marketing technologies, with English at an advanced level. You will define processes, allocate resources, monitor costs, and coach junior PMs in a hybrid Bogotá setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, technical, or engineering fields.
• 5+ years of experience in digital, analytics or marketing technologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for the delivery of projects, working in close liaise with the technical teams.
• Define processes and methodologies.
• Allocate and coordinate resources to each project.
• Manage and monitor planning and costs of the projects.
• Coach and guide the team of project managers.
