Job summary

Ten Group is seeking a Commercial Data Analyst to turn commercial, operational, and performance data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making across our client portfolios.

You will work with Account Management, Finance, Data & Insights, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery to consolidate data, develop reporting and dashboards, and present findings to stakeholders. The role emphasizes translating complex data into actionable insights for business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced English
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience working with reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Ability to work with large or complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Planful, CRM platforms, or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse commercial, financial, operational, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
• Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that support business and account performance.
• Consolidate and validate data from multiple systems and sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare performance reports, executive presentations, business reviews, and other stakeholder materials.
• Support forecasting, planning, and performance tracking through accurate and insightful analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and investigations to answer business questions and support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and automation.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams to gather information and deliver high-quality analysis.
• Present data and insights clearly and confidently to different stakeholders.
