Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking an analytical Commercial Data Scientist to join our Global Marketing team. The role focuses on transforming data streams into actionable insights, building predictive models, and deploying AI-enabled analytics to drive business decisions and competitive intelligence.

You will work with Python/R, SQL, and cloud data platforms, and create dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, contributing to enterprise-scale data initiatives and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, preferably in a large enterprise or B2B tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of Python or R, SQL, cloud data platforms, and predictive statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vertex AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical data execution: Transform raw first- and third-party data streams into usable intelligence across customer, market, and competitive programs.
• Develop and maintain commercial models: Build and manage analytics programs including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Account Health scoring, and Propensity to Buy.
• Deploy AI and generative tools: Implement advanced machine learning techniques, LLM orchestration, and RAG architectures to build intelligent agents and automate business insights.
• Synthesize actionable insights: Translate complex analytical findings into intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
