Copeland is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support the full Copeland product portfolio for customers in Colombia and Venezuela. You will assist with product selection, application profiling, warranty administration and training at customer sites.

The role requires reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting circuits and a solid understanding of quality metrics, along with fluency in Spanish and English. Up to 25% travel is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering.
• 2–5 years in application/product engineering of AC and/or Refrigeration.
• Excellent communication skills including presenting to customers and senior leadership.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, troubleshoot and diagnose electrical circuits.
• Understanding of quality metrics.
• Spanish and English proficiency.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Technical Support for the full Copeland product portfolio (compressors, controls and accessories) to customers in Colombia and Venezuela.
• Include but not limited to product selection, development of application profiles and technical bulletins, warranty administration, sample coordination, and customer training at designated locations.
• Develop cross references or documentation to support commercial initiatives.
• Provide production line support for pilot runs and field support for troubleshooting.
• Act as liaison between end users and OEMs to identify opportunities for Copeland products.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality and Sales to enhance customer support.
• Represent Copeland at industry forums and conferences.
