SR PRO is seeking a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist to lead client marketing automation initiatives, working closely with North America and EMEA teams. You will design and optimize complex workflows, emails, and customer journeys end-to-end

Applicants must have hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience, at least one HubSpot certification, strong English, and B2B/SaaS familiarity. Colombia-based role with US time-zone overlap.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on marketing automation experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Advanced HubSpot proficiency; HubSpot Sales Hub knowledge a plus.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
• B2B and SaaS familiarity; certifications preferred.

• Design, build, and manage complex HubSpot workflows and journeys.
• Own lead scoring models and lifecycle segmentation.
• Collaborate with sales, content, product, and data teams to align messaging.
• Guide junior teammates and contractors; maintain governance and data quality.
