The role involves significant collaboration with HR, IT teams, and vendors. Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of experience in HRIS systems and a strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools. Formación

• 3 to 6 years in HRIS systems, HR tech, or business analysis.
• Proactive in suggesting and implementing process improvements.
• Curious about HR tech trends and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Document and validate benefit structures, rates, and configurations.
• Audit vendor files and resolve data-related issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for technical compatibility.
• Execute system tests, debug issues, and document defects.
• Support internal teams with technical/data concerns.
• Develop test plans and contribute to documentation.

Conocimientos

Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups)

SQL

BI tools (Power BI)

Experience with CSV, XML, JSON, flat files

Familiarity with QA tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)

Interest in tools like Power Automate or RPA
