Envision Pharma Group is building the foundation for a modern, connected HR function. The HR Technology Analyst plays a hands-on role configuring and supporting core HR platforms, ensuring health and governance across the stack, and shaping the technology roadmap.

You will partner with HR, IT, Finance and vendors to translate business needs into system requirements, drive automation and self-service, and deliver actionable insights with Power BI dashboards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IS/HR/Business preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 4+ years in HR systems or HR technology roles.
• Hands-on configuration and administration with ADP Workforce Now; Power BI experience preferred; familiarity with Litmos, Lattice, and Power Automate is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience leading system implementations or major platform enhancements highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, test, and implement core HR platforms supporting employee data changes, lifecycle processes, integrations, and HR service delivery.
• Maintain system health, data integrity, and platform governance across the HR tech stack.
• Serve as a technology advisor to HR centers of excellence and translate business needs into system requirements.
• Partner with HR leadership to define people metrics and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support development of HR data governance model, including definitions, access controls, naming conventions, and audits.
• Drive day-to-day change management for system implementations and enhancements.
