ScotiaTech in Bogota, Colombia, seeks a Technical Support Associate to join the HR Technology team within the Global HR Technology area. You will provide 2nd level support for Global HR Technology applications and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.

The role also involves system analysis, code promotions, on-call coverage, and compliance with controls. A strong background in databases, web apps, and Windows/Linux environments is essential.

Formación

• Strong working knowledge of administrating and optimizing databases and web applications.
• Thorough understanding of desktop and server operating systems.
• Programming skills to develop deployment scripts.
• Ability to troubleshoot across environments with a client-service focus.
• Understanding of ITIL processes i.e. ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd level technical support for HR Technology applications.
• Coordinate with third-level support or vendors when needed to resolve issues.
• Manage code promotions on all servers within jurisdiction.
• Coordinate Change Requests with operations, security, and vendors.
• Identify improvements to operational support activities and maintain manuals.
