ScotiaTech Bogota is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to deliver end-user technical support for Global Finance Technology (GFT). You will handle incidents, document solutions, and maintain service levels while collaborating with the Toronto operations team.

The role demands a finance background, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with ServiceNow and related financial systems. Office-based in Bogota with standard business hours.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, math, CS or related.
• Finance background required; 3–5 years in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues via email/phone/chat and explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day end-user technical support for Risk and Finance production systems.
• Record and manage incidents in ServiceNow; escalate as needed.
• Communicate outages and system availability to users; maintain SLAs and reporting.
