Roca Alliances S.A. in Medellín seeks a Director of HR Systems and Tools to own the Workday stack and optimize the full HR tech landscape.

You will lead system configuration, integrations, data management, and reporting to support HR services and compliance. Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to develop a strategic roadmap, drive system enhancements, and build dashboards tracking headcount, turnover, and engagement.

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years in HR systems management with leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in Workday and HR tech stack optimization.
• Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities for HR metrics.
• Experience managing integrations and cross-functional projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own Workday and HR technology platforms, ensuring reliable operation and optimization.
• Lead implementation, configuration and maintenance of HR systems and integrations.
• Evaluate and implement new HR tools to support business objectives and user experience.
