Quorum Software in Bogote1, Colombia, seeks a People Technology & AI Orchestrator to own the HR technology ecosystem, configure core HRIS platforms, manage AI agents, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You will partner with HR, Legal, IT Security, and Compliance to assess risks, maintain data integrity, and build reports and data feeds.

Strong English and experience with ADP platforms and AI tools are required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in an HRIS/HR technology role with direct HR support.
• Experience administering HR systems such as ADP platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI tools (Claude AI, ChatGPT, Copilot) in business/HR contexts.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data privacy and cybersecurity basics.

Responsabilidades

• Own core HRIS systems configuration, settings, and integrations.
• Manage AI Agents built in n8n for HR workflows and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, IT Security, and Compliance to assess and mitigate AI-related risks.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data feeds.
