iQor Colombia seeks an HR Generalist on a fixed-term contract to manage day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, and compliance with local labor laws. You will support managers, maintain employee records, and coordinate training for new hires in a fast-paced office environment.

The role requires 2+ years in HR, strong English communication, and experience with HRIS. On-site office work is based in Envigado, with opportunities for professional growth within a growing multinational company.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist; call center (BPO) experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2+/C1).
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Experience with HR Information Systems and knowledge of local labor laws (Colombia).

Responsabilidades

• Develop HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending actionable steps.
• Improve manager and employee performance and experience by identifying problems and evaluating solutions.
• Oversee and complete special projects with timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements; advise management on actions.
• Provide onboarding for new hires and file paperwork efficiently.

Join Our Team as an HR Generalist (Fixed-Term Contract)!

Are you a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist with a passion for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an HR department? Do you thrive on ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while supporting employees' professional development? If so, we want YOU to join our team!

As our HR Generalist, you will be at the heart of employee management, handling everything from contract management to organizing training days and educational materials for new hires. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending actionable steps.
• Improve manager and employee performance and experience by identifying problems and evaluating potential solutions.
• Oversee and complete special projects, including setting timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting research, and fulfilling transactions.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying updated on legislation and advising management on necessary actions.
• Provide a warm onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company culture.
• Review and file new hire paperwork efficiently.
• Track and administer employee leave while ensuring smooth processes.
• Administer our Employee Satisfaction Survey to gauge employee engagement.
• Address employee relations, concerns, and performance issues as they arise.
• Manage documentation in personnel files and conduct exit interviews as needed.
• Update and revise employee policies and procedures as required by law or business needs.
• Maintain a positive workplace culture by managing day-to-day office tasks.
• Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the business.

Skills/Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist; call center (BPO) experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2+/C1).
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• A strong ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and possess a high sense of urgency.
• Background in roles requiring customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience with HR Information Systems.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law (Colombia).
