Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team. You will develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards across LATAM.

You will minimize legal risks while supporting sustainable growth and partnering across the region. You will design a regional compliance framework, work with auditors, and deliver targeted trainings to keep the business

Formación

Experience in HR compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within Latin America.
Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and compliance monitoring tools.
Experience in risk assessment and analytical problem solving.
Ability to manage stakeholder engagement with integrity and discretion.
Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish; Portuguese is highly preferable.

Responsabilidades

Design, build, and implement a comprehensive HR compliance framework for the region using data-driven systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to embed compliance requirements in operations.
Provide training on regulatory obligations and monitor changes to promote ethical business practices.
