• 3-5 years in Payroll Operations, HR Administration, HR Operations, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience supporting payroll processing, employee inquiries, and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong confidentiality, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance/Business Administration, or related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate payroll reports for accuracy of payroll transactions, changes, and LOA payments.
• Support multi-state payroll tax compliance activities and maintain tax accounts.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, tax notices, and unemployment claims.
• Manage HR and payroll-related employee inquiries via ServiceNow and other channels.
• Track contingent worker onboarding, lifecycle changes, tenure, and offboarding.
• Maintain LOA records and documentation.
• Collaborate with payroll providers, HR, Finance, and external agencies on payroll matters.
• Ensure data is accurate, secure, and confidential.

Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) is seeking an HR & Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations, HR administration, and compliance activities across the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, supporting multi-state payroll tax compliance, managing employee HR and payroll inquiries, tracking contingent workforce data, maintaining Leave of Absence (LOA) records, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.

The ideal candidate combines strong payroll and HR operational experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset while working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate payroll reports to ensure accuracy of payroll transactions, changes, and leave-related payments.
• Support multi-state payroll tax compliance activities and maintain payroll tax accounts.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, tax notices, withholding issues, and unemployment claims.
• Manage HR and payroll-related employee inquiries through ServiceNow and other support channels.
• Track contingent worker onboarding, lifecycle changes, tenure, and offboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee Leave of Absence (LOA) records and documentation.
• Partner with payroll providers, HR, Finance, and external agencies to address payroll and compliance matters.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Payroll Operations, HR Administration, HR Operations, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience supporting payroll processing, employee inquiries, and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and/or payroll platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience with multi-state payroll tax compliance, tax notices, and unemployment claims.
• Experience supporting contingent workforce tracking and Leave of Absence (LOA) administration.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, agency, or professional services environments.
