The Qualifications We Seek
Required
- Minimum of 1 year (12 months) of experience as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar payroll administration role
- Strong knowledge of Colombian payroll legislation, labor regulations, and payroll processes
- Experience with payroll systems and payroll data management
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools
Preferred

- Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms, to improve productivity and efficiency
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher

Your Daily Tasks
- Receive, review, and process payroll transactions and employee payroll updates
- Upload payroll information into the designated payroll platform accurately and within established deadlines
- Support payroll closing activities and ensure the timely completion of all required processes
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation and records
- Audit payroll reports and data uploads to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor payroll processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and Colombian labor regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues and inquiries
- Identify opportunities to optimize payroll workflows and implement process improvements
- Contribute to operational excellence by promoting efficiency, automation, and best practices
