Job summary
BairesDev is seeking a Workday Analyst to support configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday configurations.
You will help with training cross-functional teams on Workday concepts and participate in shaping annual HR events like merit cycles and open enrollment. This role is fully remote with international reach.
Qualifications
- Experience with Workday HCM.
- Familiarity with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
- Experience with Workday Report Writer or custom dashboards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced level of English.
Responsibilities
- Support Workday configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Help support annual HR events such as merit cycles and open enrollment.
- Help gather requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders.
- Support translation of business requirements into Workday configuration.
