Medtronic plc in Colombia is seeking a Payroll Analyst to collect and reconcile employee payroll changes across systems, coordinating with the payroll outsourcing provider for processing. You will review social security, register payments, and resolve inquiries in Workday while handling cases in ServiceNow.

The role requires 1 year of HR experience, fluency in English, and familiarity with Workday; Workday and ServiceNow experience are advantageous.

Competenze

• One year of experience in Human Resources with knowledge of social security and general labor matters.
• Fluent English required.
• Workday experience is advantageous.
• ServiceNow experience is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Collect, integrate, link, and analyze employee payroll changes from multiple systems.
• Provide payroll data to the payroll outsourcing provider for processing.
• Review social security and register payments in relevant platforms.
• Handle payroll-related cases in ServiceNow and validate Workday inquiries.
• Maintain communication with the payroll provider for inputs and outputs.
• Support accounting close reporting and validations.
