Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial Eng, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, or HR Shared Services.
• Experience with SAP or similar HR platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent employee experience by resolving queries with timely responses.
• Support employees through their HR journey and track progress.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles for HR self-service.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to resolve queries and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor service metrics and drive continuous improvement in HR services.
