SoftwareOne is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Analyst (Advanced English) in LATAM, Colombia. You will manage the full payroll cycle for regional employees, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with global People & Culture teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy in payroll data, English proficiency, and the use of HRIS tools like Workday to support a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in payroll management and employee onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in payroll tools and HRIS systems (ideally Workday).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle for LATAM employees.
• Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with local and international People & Culture teams.
• Maintain accurate data in payroll tools and HRIS.
