Rush Street Interactive is seeking a SENA Intern to lead the construction and launch of an HR Intelligence Hub in Bogotá. This role involves diagnosing current databases, standardizing job descriptions, and building interactive tools for the People team. Ideal candidates are enrolled students in relevant fields with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose the current state of Job Descriptions bank and HR Vendors directory.
• Standardize Job Description formats using inclusive language.
• Build an interactive digital repository in Confluence.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar

Professional writing skills

Basic understanding of HR processes

Intermediate to advanced English level (B2)

Educación

Currently enrolled professional student in Business Administration, Industry Engineering or a related field
