SAN SONNEA is seeking an HR professional to oversee recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration within our hospitality-focused team. You will manage the full lifecycle from postings and interviews to contracts, payroll support, and employee data management.

You will also support employer branding, training, events, and collaboration with management. Strong German, Italian and English language skills, plus MS Office and HR systems experience are essential.

Formación

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Administration, Hospitality or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in Human Resources, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Experience in Recruiting and HR administration is an advantage
• Empathy, strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with and supporting employees
• Strong organisational skills and an independent, structured and reliable working style
• Discretion, a strong sense of responsibility and professional handling of confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital HR systems
• Very good command of German, Italian and English

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire Recruiting process, including Recruiting software, job postings, applicant management and interviews
• Manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes and act as a central point of contact for our employees on HR-related matters
• Prepare and manage contracts, employment certificates, employee master data, onboarding documents and other HR documentation
• Support payroll preparation and manage the digital time and attendance system
• Plan and organise training sessions and support employee development
• Support Employer Branding activities, including Social Media, Recruiting platforms and collaboration with schools, agencies and other partners
• Organise and manage staff accommodation, workwear and employee benefits
• Plan and organise employee events
• Work closely with General Management and department heads on HR-related and organisational matters
