Job summary

adidas Bogota is seeking an HR Reporting Specialist to execute and publish HR reports and management information with a focus on data accuracy and governance. You will work with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and BI tools to deliver timely insights for HR and business leaders.

The role requires 4+ years in HR analytics, strong English, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI. You will join a global HR team supporting adidas entities across Europe and the Americas.

Qualifications

• University Degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the Human Resources environment.
• Experience in reporting and governance function.
• Initial Project Management experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Execute, deliver and publish HR reports and other management information in a timely and accurate manner
• Define and update HR data management and reporting standards, guidelines and manuals
• Maintain HR data repository with definitions, reports, data feeds and KPIs
• Manage implementation and enhancements of HR reporting tools and processes
• Provide HR systems support using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to resolve queries and ensure data integrity
• Validate HR data compliance with global data model and policies
• Collaborate with HR and non-HR functions on data usage and reporting tools
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data elements and reporting standards
