The role requires 4+ years in HR reporting, university degree, English fluency, and strong MS-Office/Power BI skills. You will work within a diverse, international team and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent command of English and MS Office skills.
• 4+ years of HR reporting or governance experience.
• Experience in an international matrix organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Publish HR reports and management information in a timely, accurate manner.
• Define and update HR data management standards, guidelines and manuals.
• Maintain HR data repository with master and reference data and KPIs.
• Manage enhancements of HR reporting tools and processes.
• Provide SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central support and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with global HR data models and governance policies.
