Job summary

adidas GBS in Bogota leads HR data reporting to support global HR decisions. This role executes and publishes HR reports, maintains data standards, and ensures data integrity across master data and KPIs.

You will work with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM, delivering timely insights for senior management while collaborating with HR partners, Finance, and IT across Europe and the Americas.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent required; MBA/BA preferred.
• 4+ years in HR environment, ideally international matrix org.
• Experience in reporting and governance functions.
• Initial project management experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute, deliver and publish HR reports and management information.
• Define and update HR data management standards and manuals.
• Maintain a HR data and reporting repository with definitions and KPIs.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with global data models.
• Lead data auditing activities and cross-functional data alignment.
