InterScripts is seeking a Health Information Management (HIM) Analyst to support HIM operations, Solventum, and payor platform workflows in Medellín, Colombia. The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, medical records management, and coding/cdi activities within healthcare IT.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HIM, knowledge of HIPAA, and certifications such as RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CDIP. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years in Health Information Management or related healthcare IT environments.
• Experience with HIM workflows, ROI, document management, and compliance processes.
• Experience with Solventum (3M) HIM solutions and payor platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Support HIM workflows and healthcare information systems.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot HIM-related applications and processes.
• Assist with document management, chart completion, deficiency tracking, ROI, and record retention.
