The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting the Epic Beacon module while collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on Epic Beacon experience and certification, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills for fast-paced environments.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Epic Beacon module.
• Epic Beacon Certification is mandatory.
• Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Strong understanding of oncology workflows and clinical operations.
• Experience working with integrated Epic applications is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Beacon application.
• Collaborate with clinicians, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Beacon enhancements and workflows.
• Participate in system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and new implementations.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution.
• Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and build specifications.
• Support integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Epic best practices.
• L2 & L3 Support.
• Provide end-user support and participate in on-call activities when required.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare IT solutions.
