Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of experience with Epic Resolute HB/PB applications.
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Certification is mandatory.
• Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and support Epic Resolute HB, PB, and Claims apps.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic solutions.
• Support claim generation, remittance processing, and denial management workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Patient Financial Services, and IT teams.
