InterScripts is seeking an experienced Epic Beacon Analyst to join our healthcare technology team in Medellin. The ideal candidate will implement, configure, and support the Epic Beacon module while collaborating with clinicians and operational stakeholders.

This role requires hands-on expertise and strong problem-solving skills. The incumbent will work in a fast-paced office environment, handling system upgrades, builds, testing, deployments, and on-call support, ensuring adherence to Epic best

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Epic Beacon.
• Epic Beacon Certification is mandatory.
• Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, implementation and production support.
• Strong understanding of oncology workflows and clinical operations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
• Work From Home and Hybrid options are not available.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Beacon application.
• Collaborate with clinicians and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Beacon enhancements and workflows.
• Participate in system upgrades and new implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution.
• Create and maintain system documentation and build specs.
• Support testing (UAT) and production deployments.
• Ensure compliance with standards and Epic best practices.
• Provide L2 & L3 support and on-call assistance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare IT solutions.
