InterScripts is seeking a detail-oriented Health Information Management (HIM) Analyst to support HIM operations, Solventum (3M HIM) workflows, and payor platform configurations in Medellin, Colombia. The role emphasizes medical records management, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinical, coding, revenue cycle, and IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HIM experience, RHIA/CHPS/CCS certifications, and a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or a related

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field.
• RHIA/CHPS/CCS or Solventum HIM certifications required or preferred.
• Experience with Solventum (3M) HIM solutions and payer platforms.
• Strong HIPAA knowledge and regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience in hospitals, health systems, or payer organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain HIM workflows and healthcare information systems.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot HIM-related applications and processes.
• Assist with document management, chart completion, deficiency tracking, ROI, and retention.
• Collaborate with clinical, coding, revenue cycle, compliance, and IT teams.
• Support Solventum (3M) applications and integrations related to HIM, coding, and documentation.
• Analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Participate in testing, upgrades, validation, and production support.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Develop system documentation, workflows, and end-user training materials.
• Support HIM optimization initiatives and operational improvements.
