Job summary

Wall Street Quants is expanding its closing team across Latin America, operating on US Eastern hours. You will conduct scheduled video consultations to qualify serious applicants, present pricing options, and close deals with a focus on high-value purchases.

Expect a fast-paced, mentor-led environment where success is measured by booked calls and conversions. We seek candidates with at least two years of phone/video closing experience, fluent English, and the discipline to maintain CRM records.

The Wall Street Quants is the fastest-growing bootcamp in our space, founded by real Wall Street quants and run by experienced entrepreneurs who have built and scaled businesses before.

We prepare engineers, physicists and mathematicians to move into quantitative finance: hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, market makers. Our students are serious, technically strong people making a career-defining decision, and they arrive ready to talk.

We are building a closing team across Latin America, working US Eastern hours.

RED HOT INBOUND LEADS

Roughly 80% of your time is on scheduled calls with people who came to us. They found us, booked themselves in, attended a full session about the programme, and then asked to speak with an advisor. No cold calling. No list building. No hunting for the decision-maker.

The other 20% is where good closers separate themselves: following up with prospects who did not decide on the first call, confirming tomorrow's calendar so people actually turn up, and answering questions that land by email and message in between. Deals are won in that 20% as often as on the call itself.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Run scheduled video consultations with prospective students, typically 20 to 35 minutes.
• Get to the truth of what each person wants and give them a straight, honest read on fit.
• Present pricing and payment options with confidence.
• Handle objections properly, including price, timing, spousal approval and self-doubt, without pressure tactics or discounting.
• Work open opportunities through to a decision, either way.
• Confirm your own upcoming calls so people turn up.
• Keep every opportunity current in the CRM.

COMPENSATION

$2,500 USD base per month, paid on a fixed date, plus commission on every dollar you collect.

On-target earnings: $84,000 USD per year for a closer working a full calendar.

Fluent, natural English. Your accent should not require a US listener to concentrate, and prospects on an imperfect connection should not need you to repeat yourself.

Available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm US Eastern.

A professional video setup: 1080p webcam at eye level, a headset with a dedicated microphone, a tidy uncluttered background, and front-facing lighting. Laptop webcams and earbuds are not sufficient.

Wired broadband of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, plus a mobile hotspot as backup.
