Job summary

Titans Media Group is a fully remote team offering a marketing setup for home-service owners, with inbound leads and a structured pay plan in USD. You will call 15–20 minute intro calls, qualify prospects, and schedule demonstrations from warm leads.

We give US contractors (roofers, remodelers, plumbers and other home service owners) a marketing department run by AI for $297 a month. We're a profitable, 100% remote team scaling to $100,000 a month.

The role

You take 15 to 20 minute intro calls with US contractors who booked through our ads and are already interested. You qualify them and book the right ones onto our closer's calendar. You don't sell, you qualify. Almost half the calls that show turn into paying clients. Around 100 to 200 inbound leads a month, 4 to 8 intro calls a day.

What you'll own

• Every fresh lead called inside 5 minutes while you're on shift.
• A 40%+ booking rate on leads, and 80 demos booked a month at full quota.
• Every booked call confirmed the night before, and a 60% show rate.
• 20+ calls a month you find yourself from no-shows, reactivations and follow-ups.
• Call reviews and a daily team huddle on Zoom at 9:30am Eastern.

What you earn

On-target earnings are $3,000 to $3,500 USD a month, with no cap. Top performers earn more.

• Base salary: $2,000 USD a month, paid $1,000 twice a month
• Qualified show: $20 USD for every qualified show
• Close: $50 USD or 5% of the cash collected up front, whichever is more
• A close you found yourself: $50 USD or 10% of the cash collected up front
• Volume bonus: $250 USD each time your closes pass another $15,000 USD in a month

Who we're looking for

• 1+ year of phone-based sales or appointment setting experience.
• An exceptional communicator in English, spoken and written.
• Able to work US business hours, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm Eastern, from a quiet space with a stable connection.
• You take extreme ownership of your results, good or bad, and adjust fast without excuses.
• You put the contractor first: no exaggeration, no false urgency, and you're comfortable telling a contractor we're not the right fit.
• When a contractor says "I've been burned before", you respond with curiosity, not pressure.
• Earn in USD from Colombia. Fully remote.
• Warm, inbound leads. They come from our ads. You set, you don't cold sell.
• A playbook with every step and every word track, and coaching on your calls.
