Coupa Software Incorporated in Bogotá is seeking a Manager of Solution Advisory to lead a high-impact team of Solution Advisors, architecting a premier storytelling and problem-solving engine for our AI-driven platform. You will coach, shadow calls, and certify advisors to ensure peak performance and client impact.

You will drive talent development, oversee operations, and manage the full employee lifecycle while aligning with global time zones and strategic objectives.

Formación

• Proven Leadership: Experience managing or leading a team in a Presales, Solution Advisory, or Customer Success environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a diverse team of Solution Advisors from the Bogotá office.
• Shadow calls, provide real-time feedback, and run certification programs to ensure experts in the Coupa platform.
• Monitor team bandwidth and productivity to drive operational excellence.
• Create individual development plans for constant upskilling in AI and platform capabilities.
• Regularly review demos to maintain high-quality output and value delivery.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
