Publicis Sapient in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a Senior AI Transformation Consultant to bridge business stakeholders, AI capabilities, product teams, and engineering. You will identify transformation opportunities, align stakeholders, drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions, and ensure measurable business value.

You will collaborate with executives and delivery teams to translate strategic priorities into practical outcomes, shaping AI-driven modernization across client operations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, product strategy, business analysis, operational excellence, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional initiatives that involve business, technology, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement, workflow optimization, and organizational transformation.
• Ability to translate business challenges into structured requirements, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of AI, intelligent automation, digital transformation, and emerging technology trends.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience conducting workshops, discovery sessions, business analysis, and requirements gathering activities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to define business objectives, success metrics, and measurable transformation outcomes.
• Facilitate alignment across business, product, technology, and operational teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Identify high-value opportunities for AI adoption, workflow modernization, process optimization, and operational improvement.
• Conduct discovery sessions, analyze business processes, and translate business challenges into actionable solution recommendations.
• Support the design of AI-enabled business solutions by partnering closely with engineering teams, architects, and subject matter experts.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, adoption strategies, and change management activities throughout transformation initiatives.
• Provide customer insights and operational feedback to help shape product evolution, roadmap priorities, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, transformation recommendations, and progress updates for client stakeholders.
• Establish trusted relationships with business leaders and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams delivering enterprise AI solutions that create measurable business value.
