Softtek is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Solutions Architect to join our Bogotá team. You will lead evaluation and delivery of AI-driven solutions across business units, coordinating stakeholders and driving adoption of prototypes to production-grade implementations.

The role requires 8+ years in analytics or delivery roles, proficiency with leading AI platforms, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in solutions analysis, delivery management, or consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms: Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Experience building AI solutions, agents, prototypes, and production-ready applications.
• Portfolio and delivery management experience with task tracking and dependencies.
• Ability to develop business and technical documentation and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI solutions and agents using Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, and Gemini Enterprise.
• Develop prototypes and production-ready AI solutions to demonstrate business value.
• Analyze business needs and identify appropriate AI-driven solutions.
• Understand business operations and technical requirements across functions.
• Manage project portfolios, timelines, and dependencies across Enterprise AI initiatives.
• Create detailed dependency plans and high-level project tracking as required.
• Produce project deliverables, including prototypes and documents.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions across business teams.
• Measure solution effectiveness and communicate results.
