The role emphasizes leadership, certification, and KPI-driven execution within a global, inclusive culture. English is essential; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience managing high-impact Presales, Solution Advisory, or Customer Success teams.
• Ability to coach, shadow calls, certify and provide actionable feedback.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong solution sales acumen with discovery and storytelling.
• Adaptability across two time zones and a global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-impact Solution Advisory team from Bogotá.
• Develop career plans, conduct 1:1s, and manage performance.
• Monitor bandwidth, productivity, and KPIs.
• Mentor teammates in AI and platform capabilities.
• Oversee HR tasks: hiring, onboarding, evaluations.
• Ensure demos meet quality standards.
