Formación

• 8+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or executive search, with recent focus on hard-to-fill or executive-level roles.
• Proven track record closing high-stakes searches end-to-end from intake to close.
• Experience working directly with executive decision-makers and documenting decisions.
• Experience building or revising hiring assessments using outcome data.
• Daily use of AI tools and ability to name recent work with them.
• Experience producing compensation benchmarking or market-sizing analyses.
• Knowledge of US hiring compliance risks: pay bands, worker classification, or pay transparency rules.
• Artifacts like SOPs, process docs, or post-mortems exist and are used.
• At least 6 hours per weekday overlapping US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Close the hardest requisitions in the portfolio with scarce talent pools and conflicting stakeholder criteria.
• Align executive stakeholders with conflicting criteria and rebuild trust with leadership.
• Fix the system behind failures: refine assessments, AI rules, and audience targeting.
• Build point solutions rapidly in collaboration with Claude Code, Skills, Lovable, and MCP servers.
• Provide pipeline diagnoses, compensation benchmarking, and market-sizing analyses for executives.
• Answer questions with partial information while maintaining commitments until closure.
