Addi Colombia is seeking a senior leader to own the full supply side of our marketplace and drive scalable, data-driven growth. You will shape merchant selection, pricing, and category strategy, partnering with product, engineering, and operations to scale our fintech marketplace in Latin America.

Qualifications

• Experience running marketplace selection with a cause-to-effect model (breadth, price, stock, fit).
• Proven governance cadence: daily input, weekly review, monthly decision, with commercial ownership.
• Strong pricing and category strategy to optimize unit economics.
• Senior leadership in marketplace/e-commerce ops with large teams.
• Data-driven leadership using metrics like Quality, Pricing, Repurchase Rate to drive actions.
• Platform-centric product thinking; bridge merchant needs to roadmap tooling and catalog systems.
• Execution speed with Agile prioritization; manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Talent architecture: scale Merchant Success/Acquisition, define roles and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Addi's integrated financial engine for banking operations and capital planning.
• Grow GMV; expand active sellers and published base while diversifying category mix.
• Lead pricing, catalog, and merchant selection to improve trust and reduce issues.
• Own the commercial calendar and enable self-service tooling for scalability.
• Drive brand and category productivity with data-driven prioritization.
• Own governance around performance metrics and accountability across teams.
