Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Growth Operations Specialist to sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, building and scaling workflows that turn ambitious growth targets into reality.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role designed for someone who thrives on making processes faster and smarter. In this role, you will collaborate across marketing, sales, product, and data teams, manage CRM and marketing automation tools, analyze growth metrics, and document repeatable
