Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives and contributor recruiting.
• Design and implement scalable recruiting pipelines—from sourcing through onboarding—to grow the contributor network.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand contributor supply across segments and geographies
• Track and analyze key growth metrics, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to move growth experiments from idea to execution
• Create clear documentation for repeatable processes and standard operating procedures
• Conduct competitive and market research to surface new growth opportunities
