Lab Alley seeks a high-energy Performance Marketer to accelerate growth across paid channels for our Essential Chemicals portfolio. Design, execute, and scale campaigns to drive high-intent B2B and e-commerce traffic with max ROI.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Paid Social, and industry networks, optimizing CAC/ROAS, landing pages, and creative assets. Collaboration with web/design teams is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid search, or growth marketing.
• Deep knowledge of major ad platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, creative, and technical balance for growth campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate across creative, sales, and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Paid Acquisition Leadership: manage end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Paid Social, and networks.
• Data-Driven Optimization: test and refine ad copy, bidding, audiences, landing pages to improve CAC and ROAS.
• Campaign Analytics & Reporting: track KPIs and deliver insights to stakeholders.
• Landing Page & Conversion Optimization: partner with design/web teams for high-converting pages.
• Budget Management: oversee large ad budgets with forecasting for growth.
• Audience & Technical Targeting: use segmentation, retargeting, and tracking protocols.
• Policy Compliance & Account Health: monitor policy violations and feed optimization to avoid suspensions.
