Job summary

Folqs, a fast-growing DTC supplement brand in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to own and scale our core Google Ads ecosystem, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, while expanding cold-traffic acquisition on YouTube.

You will collaborate with our marketing team to test angles, optimize funnels, and drive profitable ad spend, with a focus on high-scale campaigns, VSL concepts, and landing page messaging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying with Google Ads in eCommerce.
• Proven track record managing $50k+/month in profitable ad spend.
• Expertise with Performance Max, Shopping, and Merchant Center feeds.
• Strong YouTube Ads experience with cold traffic using VSLs.
• Funnel and DR expertise with long-form landing pages and quiz funnels.
• Time zone overlap with US Eastern Time (min. 6 hours daily).
• Proficient in English for team collaboration.
• AI and data fluency with daily use of AI tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize full-funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Demand Gen.
• Scale YouTube video campaigns with cold-traffic strategies and creative hooks.
• Oversee Merchant Center feeds, policy compliance, and tracking setups (GTM, GA4).
• Collaborate with copywriters and video editors on ad copy and landing pages.
• Perform systematic A/B testing and monitor CAC, ROAS, spend efficiency daily.
