The role requires 8–10 years in process improvement, strong data analysis, and proven cross‑functional leadership with bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or quality.
• Experience leading cross‑functional process improvement initiatives in a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Spanish and English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead identification, analysis, and improvement of core business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Partner with functional and regional leaders to translate business strategy into process excellence roadmaps and measurable improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to map current‑state processes, identify gaps, and design future‑state solutions.
• Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and performance metrics to improve quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Manage and track process improvement projects, ensuring delivery against timelines, cost, and benefit targets.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and support data‑driven decisions.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training, to ensure adoption of new processes.
• Coach and mentor team members and business partners on process excellence tools and best practices.
• Ensure all activities align with Credo values, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
