TMF Group is seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead the Digital Client Platform testing across global projects. You will design QA strategies, oversee end-to-end testing, and collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality across systems and data transformations.

This role requires 8+ years in software testing, 3+ years leading teams, ISTQB certification, and hands-on Azure DevOps experience. Hybrid work with international teams is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
• At least 3 years of experience leading testing teams or large-scale testing initiatives.
• Strong experience with end-to-end testing, integration testing, API testing, and data validation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience in SaaS, payroll, HR systems, financial services, or global delivery environments is highly desirable.
• ISTQB Foundation certification required; advanced certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the overall testing strategy, approach, and governance model for assigned projects.
• Develop test plans, schedules, resource allocation, and testing estimates.
• Lead and mentor Test Analysts and QA teams across multiple locations.
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Validate system integrations, APIs, data transformations, workflows, and business processes.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, retesting, and resolution tracking.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote testing best practices, automation, and quality metrics.
• Ensure effective use of Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
