RTX is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure & Workplace Services to lead QA analysts and testers in supporting Data Labeling and Compliance. You will create test plans, build cases, and automate testing processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams on M365, Azure Information Protection, and data classification projects.
The role requires a university degree with 8+ years of related experience, strong QA methodologies, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
Formación
- Experience with software quality assurance (QA) methodologies and testing practices.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience analyzing system functionality and documenting software defects.
- Experience preparing technical documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsabilidades
- Create test plans and build test cases.
- Help build user content and artifacts for results.
- Obtain testing artifacts for results and traceability.
- Perform UAT testing for Enterprise Application Services with M365 rollout.
- Perform UAT testing Azure Information Protection labeling of M365 artifacts.
- Track and communicate test results to RTX stakeholders.
