We pride ourselves on possessing one of the most influential networks within software development and IT services for the entertainment, financial, and logistics sectors. Our corporate projections offer a multitude of opportunities for professionals to elevate their careers and experience substantial growth. Joining our team means engaging with expansive engineering teams across Latin America, Philippines and the United States, contributing to cutting-edge developments in multiple industries.
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (Automation) to join our client delivery team and help drive the modernization of quality engineering practices through robust test automation and continuous quality improvement. This role is ideal for an experienced QA professional who is passionate about automation, capable of working independently, and able to take full ownership of testing activities across the software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has extensive hands‑on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks, testing modern web applications and APIs, and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Beyond technical expertise, successful candidates will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, ownership, and the ability to clearly articulate their testing strategies and automation decisions.
This is not a manual testing role. Candidates must have proven experience delivering automated testing solutions in production environments.

Experience building a risk‑based testing strategy rather than simply maximizing test coverage.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript development skills, with the ability to write production‑quality test automation and debug application code.
Strong experience with modern web application testing and automation.
Hands‑on expertise with Playwright; Cypress experience is acceptable where it is the existing automation framework.
Experience with Jest or Vitest and React Testing Library.
Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs and API contract testing.
Strong understanding of CMS content models, references, validation rules, publishing workflows, previews, and localization.
Understanding of modern rendering architectures, including SSG, SSR, ISR, and edge rendering.
Strong accessibility testing experience with WCAG 2.2 AA.
Experience with axe‑core and at least one additional accessibility or quality tool such as Lighthouse or Storybook accessibility tooling.
Experience with visual regression testing, preferably with Storybook and Chromatic or Percy.
Experience integrating automated testing into GitHub Actions or comparable CI/CD platforms.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Bruno.
Familiarity with k6 or comparable tools for performance and load testing.
Experience testing personalization, feature variants, A/B experiments, and audience‑based experiences.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent debugging and investigative mindset.
Ability to communicate technical risks clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail without losing sight of business priorities.
