Roca Alliances in Medellín, Colombia, seeks a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance for the MSP program and steer test planning and execution across the initiative. You will establish effective testing practices, ensure coverage, and coordinate QA activities to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will lead a QA team, collaborate with development, product, and other technical groups, monitor progress, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Lead QA activities across the MSP program.
• Define and oversee test planning, execution, and governance activities.
• Establish testing strategies, processes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate test execution and ensure appropriate test coverage across features and releases.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and communicate quality status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, product, and other technical teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.
• Manage and provide guidance to QA team members.
